The KeyFit® 35 Zip Infant Car Seat is designed for infants between 4-35 lbs. and up to 32" tall.

Care and Maintenance
Bravo® Primo Stroller: Hand wash fabrics in cold water, no bleach, drip dry. Periodically wipe plastic or metal parts clean with a soft damp cloth; towel dry.
KeyFit® 35 Zip Infant Car Seat: Machine wash fabrics separately in cold water on delicate cycle. Do not use bleach; drip dry. Plastics and hardware may be sponge cleaned using warm water and mild soap; towel dry. To clean harness, sponge clean using warm water and mild soap; air dry. Do not machine wash harness.

It is a very nice and functional stroller for day to day, it is lighter to handle than other strollers and feels very firm, highly recommended.
It would be interesting if the risk of scratching the tray is reduced when you try to open it with one hand and you drop it, in the rest no complaints

Buyer beware -- Chicco customer service is awful

After carefully reading many reviews we landed on purchasing this travel system for our first baby. We assembled the stroller and without any weight of baby in it, find it's incredibly difficult to remove the car seat from the stroller base and the release action works very poorly. I've tried practicing numerous times and it takes awhile before I can correctly get the handle to release the car seat and am terrified of being out alone and stuck unable to get the car seat out. We looked at reviews on a few websites and found this seems to be a known issue but Chicco customer service's response is "it needs to be broken in" -- pretty terrible and difficult to do considering it's practically unusable. We will most certainly not be purchasing any additional Chicco products

Worthless without a bassinet attachment

There is no bassinet option to fit this stroller, which means you need a second stroller if you want to do anything for more than two hours. Babies cannot be in an infant car seat for more than two hours.

First time mom and I love this stroller! It’s so smooth, turns amazing and collapses so easily making it highly functional while running errands by myself! The base release makes it so easy to get it in and out of the car and stroller. There’s two cup holders and a cubby for your things which was a huge win for me! A lot of other strollers don’t have cup holders. Can’t forget to mention the brown color is soo pretty I love it!

I used this travel system for my baby and it was great! It is easy to open and close. The best part of the stroller is the rubber wheels instead of plastic! Drives like a dream and easy to use.

Hefty price for little upgrade

This was bought in May 2022 for a July baby. I agree that the stroller and products are easy to handle and use but there are a few features I am unhappy with:
* infant carrier must sit on top of the stroller cup/snack tray. It is all scratched up now for when we use it as a stroller only
* shoulder pads fall off easily when stroller is collapsed
* pieces of the seat harness for the stroller have fallen off when stroller is collapsed so stroller unusable without the infant carrier until replacement parts are sent.

They have a horrible return policy, we bought this and it was not as described online and now we cannot return it. We didn’t even use it! But we have to pay $150 in shipping fees just to ship it back to them! How is this a great experience for a first time mom?!!! I wanted to exchange it for a different stroller with the same brand but now I am disgusted by how they handled the situation that I will never recommend this brand to anyone!

Do not buy!! Horrible experience!

We purchased a travel system that was not as advertised online at all and now we cannot return it due to a ridiculous policy that only Chicco has. We have to pay almost $150 just to ship the product back! All other redoubtable brands allow free returns, but chicco does not. I find that unacceptable, it said we can get a full refund if we are not satisfied with the purchase. Also, the description on the website is so misleading about the different features. I wish we never ordered this item, I was a huge fan of this brand and just wanted an exchange for the same brand stroller but with just different features, but now I will purposely go and buy a more reputable brand and will encourage everyone to never deal with Chicco and their customer service! Horrible, just horrible experience even emailing them!!! I can’t believe how hard they make it for you knowing that you are expecting and dealing with all other stress too!

Car seat keeps getting stuck in base and stroller

My parents bought this for us. I was REALLY excited to get this system since I know quite a few people that have Chicco products and are very happy with them. I think we got a lemon because the car seat won’t come out of the base or stroller 4 out of 5 times we try. The car seat clicks into both the base and stroller but it has a very hard time coming out. We are really squeezing the orange release button on the back of the car seat and it keeps getting stuck. I contacted customer service and sent them all the information. First, they were very slow at getting back to you (4 days) and second they said they would send us a new car seat replacement but it might not match. Sorry, but spending $650 on a travel system, I want everything to match! I didn’t want to risk getting a replacement that didn’t match and not being able to return anything so I’m sending the whole thing back.

I got this as a shower gift and let me say this is the best that’s out there. It has so many features you want be disappointed. It pushes smoothly on gravels and the wheels are not those plastic type. I love the style and fabric it’s easy to clean just by using a baby wipe it clean really good.

When shopping for a stroller before our first child it came down to the UppaBaby Vista and the Chicco Bravo Primo. We ultimately went with the Bravo Primo as we loved the convenience of a travel system and the smoothness of the push was nearly identical between the two (at least in the store) for almost half of the price. We've been using the Bravo Primo for three weeks now and couldn't be happier - the ride is incredibly smooth, even over bumpy sidewalks, it's very stylish, and you can't beat the safety of the car seat.

After an intense amount of research, we are thrilled we selected this travel system for our first child. Lighter in weight compared to others, sleek looking, fantastic canopy coverage & storage, easy to work with. We removed stroller insert while babe is in infant car seat. Really appreciate the tray folds down when collapsed. Saves a solid 6” in storage space.

I love this travel syatem so far. Baby still in belly but can't wait to travel with him in it. It was very simple to set up. I went through each setup option available to make sure it was easy and convienent for me if my husband couldnt help or wasnt around. It glides so smoothly and the material is exactly what I was looking for. When researching the many systems I wanted something I could tell had nice material, tire wheels not plastic and the tray on the back side of the stroller for me and the tray on the front side for my son. I was only 10% hesitant knowing I hadnt seen it in store or in person because I do like to feel/try before buying. I took the risk of the product and its exactly what I knew my baby and I would love/need. It is a pricy item if your budget is lower but after thinking about it over and over what lead me to purchase was.. this is my first baby and I might not get a choice for my next baby. Hope this review helps you decide. It really is a great option.
