For unmatched convenience, the Activ3® Air features an exclusive Control Console with hand-operated functionality that’s easy to access while strolling. The front swivel wheel can be locked/unlocked from the console for on-the-go adjustment. The rear parking brake is also controlled from the console—instead of with a foot pedal—to keep running strides unobstructed. An adjustable push handle, soft parent tray with two cup holders, and large storage basket provide added convenience.

Excellent stroller but could use some minor adjustments

We have had this stroller now for 2 years & love it. It is easy to clean as well as push. We have used this on the beach, sand dunes, dirt roads, gravel roads & pavement you name it & it has worked great. I will say though some sandy areas on the beach were easier to push it through than others when we were taking it on the sandy trails vs just the beach. The stroller is a beast & maneuverability is easy. I have not used the stroller for jogging though but I imagine the tires are just as smooth for running purposes. We love that the handle bar is adjustable since I'm shorter than my husband. The storage basket is nice to use & I use it to store my groceries in it until I go to check out & enjoy the convenience of not having to push both the stroller & a shopping cart. The canopy is beyond amazing & unzips to cover more of babies face etc. Which has been really helpful during covid or when it rains to cover our son more. Love the peek a boo window as well. It is easy to fold & store but the stroller can get heavy. The only complaint we have with it is that it doesn't come with a removable snack tray/activity tray so my son has somewhere to set his drinks, snacks & playpacks or toys. I know it comes with a removable drink tray where you can also put your keys etc. in but if your going somewhere with your spouse or partner they need a place for their drink too so if your both using it then you have nothing to hold your kiddos drink in. I know it's not that big of a deal but for a $300 stroller you'd expect a snack tray for the kiddos & a more bigger & sturdier one for the adults. Since we got our stroller I removed the tray that came with it & used a stroller caddy instead. The one that comes with this stroller is very cheap.

Works great with car seat

I loved using this with the car seat as a travel system.
What we love:
We bought this stroller to use as a travel system but also mainly due to being able to set the brake and lock the front swivel wheel from the handlebar. The parent console has deep pockets that can fit my 32 oz yeti plus phone a d a couple snacks in the middle pocket. Folding it was also pretty easy although nit the slimmest profile on the market.
What we didn’t like:
When my baby began to be able to sit better on her own, we started transitioning her to the toddler seat in this stroller. She was 5 months old and the waist strap was already fitting snug. She’s 50th percentile for weight and height so she’s not a chunky monkey.
Ultimately we have purchased a stroller from a different brand that will actually last her into childhood (that can also convert to a double when we have a second kid) and are selling this stroller. For a stroller of this price, it’s unacceptable to me that the waist strap is so small, even if it was a quality control thing.

This stroller was so easy to put together, I was very impressed by that. And it rides like a Cadillac, smooth enough to put my 2 month old to sleep on walks.

Smooth ride on all terrains!

We just used our Activ3 for the first time yesterday and couldn't be happier! We took a stroll on pavement, gravel, and even a dirt (mud!) road and it worked perfectly. My son was super comfortable and it was easy to maneuver. Having the breaks and the option to lock the front wheel swivel at the handle bar are great features as well. And it folds up more compactly than I expected, which is perfect for storage!

Best Stroller Ever!

I received this stroller as a registry gift with my first child 3 years ago. My stroller has well over 1000 miles on it and is still PERFECT! What makes this stroller stand out?
1) As a new mom, you're looking to make your life easier. This stroller makes it so easy to transport a sleeping newborn from the car to the grocery store or in a stroll through the park, without waking them!
2) 2 words....RUBBER TIRES. They never deflate. Never need aired up! Yet they ride sooo smooth! Game changer!
3) The steering is effortless. The front tire can lock in place for jogging or it can rotate 360 degrees on a dime to very easily maneuver with a single finger if needed. It pushes like a dream.
4) hand brakes are fabulous so you dont have to fumble around trying to locate a foot brake when you need it the most.
5) The seat full reclines super conveniently and then can sit upright with a 5 point harness. You know your child is safe and isnt going anywhere.
6) chicco has some of the best customer service I've witnessed. As a mom of 3 little kids, I've purchased a lot of different products. Chicco is one of my favorites - because of the quality, but also because if anything would go wrong, they back it up and will make it right!

Great on rough terrain!

We live in the city and have very uneven sidewalks. We previously had an old (not Chicco brand) stroller that would bump and throw our daughter's head around when going over rough surfaces. The Activ3 jogging stroller just glides over the sidewalks and bumps of the city. Our daughter now asks to go on stroller walks often, we think because she enjoys the smooth ride so much better and doesn't have to hang on!
We also love the other features of this stroller: the foam wheels so we never have to pump them up, the extended sun cover, and the versatility of using with an infant car seat as well as for an older child. We highly recommend this product!

A: The KeyFit35 is compatible with the Activ3 stroller without an adapter. The Activ3 stroller includes the bumper bar, which is needed for use with the car seat.

A: The Activ3 Air jogging stroller is compatible with all KeyFit and Fit2 model car seats. The bumper bar must be attached to the stroller in order for the car seats to click into the stroller. Q: null i recently bought a bravo primo trio . the stroller has a very rough ride on a stone surface outside. can this be fixed? i see you have adjustable suspension and pnuenatic tires can i add adjustable suspension and pneumatic tires on the chicco bravo primotrio that i recently bought?
