This is the only bottle and nipple combo both of my children preferred as babies. My second was a micro preemie and he had difficulty with most bottles and nipples, but these were the best and never caused any gas and did not leak! They last forever too!

We introduced my baby to Duo nipples at 6 weeks and he took to them immediately! We never dealt with any nipple confusion. He was ans is able to go between breast and bottle seamlessly. 10 months in and we are still using them.

My formula fed baby did great on these nipples for her first few months of life. We eventually sized up to the size 2 when it was needed and that worked great as well. never had any issues clogging issues or leaking!

I highly recommend the Duo Hybrid Baby Bottles. They offer peace of mind with their glass interior, while still being practical for everyday use. I'd definitely buy them again!

Baby loves shape, flow for size 2 is too fast for my 4 month old though

I’m sure these will be fine over time but my 4 month old who primarily breastfeeds directly still prefers the size 1 nipple at this age. The flow is just too fast for him. Baby does prefer the nipple shape and started rejecting other nipples/bottle brands around 3 months so we went all in on Chicco in preparation for day care.

I just bought these for my 4mo old and they really suck.. the milk doesn’t come out any faster than the size 1. Now I have to spend more money and buy size 3.

The Stage 2 Medium flow nipple features two holes and thus an increased flow versus the Stage 1 flow nipple which only has one hole. Also, silicone has a tendency to self-heal therefore we recommend you gently massage the valve before use to ensure the nipple is working properly. Q: The size 2 nipples I bought from Chicco and from Amazon are different.. The ones from Amazon has 2 holes while the one from the Chicco website has one hole.. Could you please advise which one is correct and if I can get a replacement for the correct ones?

A: The notch on the ring allows air to pass through the air channel to the anti-colic valve on the nipple. There is no need to position it or align it in any particular way.

Q: Do I need to line up the nipple to vents on the bottle? Do I need to need place the nipple in a certain way or place when pulling nipple through the ring. Or does the nipple vent the bottle from and placement?

Q: I have fed babies with bottle/nipple systems that allow the suction that the baby is creating to be vented. Will these nipples allow for this venting or will my baby need to stop sucking to vent the negative pressure?

Q: Older baby bottle systems have bubbles that stream through the fluid when the baby's suction requires venting. Does this system do this?

A: We cannot guarantee that this will not happen with everyday use. If and when this does happen, we recommend gently stirring formula with a fork or teaspoon instead of shaking. Stirring helps minimize air bubbles and pressure build up. If you must mix powdered formula by shaking, we suggest waiting a few minutes before feeding in order to allow the pressure inside to decrease.
