Great bassinet, but the sheets need work

Love the bassinet, but strongly dislike the sheets. The sheet that comes with the bassinet is cheap and feels strange. I ordered different sheets from Chicco that fit this bassinet and they wash terrible/wear out quickly. Which isn’t ideal for baby sheets when they need to be washed frequently.

So incredibly disappointed

So. I received this bassinet in May. I decided to wait to put it together until I was closer to my due date - as I did not want it just sitting and collecting dust. We are now t-minus 7 weeks. When I wen to assemble, not only are the instructions misleading, as they imply the bassinet portion is fully assembled, requiring only the legs to be attached, the portion of the bassinet that completes the second half WILL NOT FIT. It is now completely stuck, not going all the way on, and not coming off. I don’t even know what I’m supposed to do- as disassembly for return purposes seems impossible without completely breaking obviously, I’ll be contacting customer support, but this is a quality control issue that should have NEVER HAPPENED- both from the instruction perspective, as well as the quality of the item itself. So very displeased, and will definitely make me think twice about ordering from the website again. At least if I would have purchased it at target, I would be assured an easy return/exchange.

Color Description Inaccurate

I fell in love with the "Serene" model and the ivory bassinet and oak legs. So, it was a little confusing to open the box and see that the bassinet's color is more like a dull gray. The product itself seems well made and of good quality. I am 35 weeks pregnant and was able to assemble and disassemble the product with little hassle. I am just disappointed by the actual color of the bassinet since the website even describes the color as "warm ivory." I would upload some pictures to share, but I received this as a gift, and it doesn't seem like I am given the option to upload pictures.

My husband and I love this bassinet. It is very functional and easy to transport. It is lightweight but of excellent quality and it is comforting to have a safe place for our newborn to sleep. The fabric is easy to wipe down plus it is machine washable. I love the new design and wood features. It really fits into the theme of our rooms and was a selling point for me.

A: No, you should discontinue use of the bassinet once baby can push on hands and knees, and shows signs of rolling over on their own, or once the child reaches 20 lbs (whichever comes first).

A: The LullaGo Anywhere comes with a mattress. The mattress is 1.25” thick. All Chicco mattresses comply with the mandated mattress thickness regulations; please heed the warnings in the instruction manual and do not add additional padding.

A: The measurements from the floor to the mattress is 23 inches. The measurement from the floor to the top of the frame of the bassinet is 30 inches.

A: No, the LullaGo Anywhere LE bassinet can not be used with a stroller. Chicco does not offer a bassinet attachment for our strollers. In addition, we do not recommend using any aftermarket products with our strollers.
