Useless

The thing vibrates, but the vibration doesn't transfer to the crib. We tried every possible placement and location. Double checked that the crib was the right model too. The other functions are moot

Highly recommend. Both daughters love this thing!

I had one of these for my first daughter and she loved it. We ended up losing it, so I finally found it and got it for our second daughter and she loves it more. I love it. The vibration helps soothe her, she loves the music, and the light is perfect for late night/early morning diaper changes and those anxious check ups those first few nights. Highly recommend.

Stopped vibrating after 3 days!

This was the second time I've bought this. The first one stopped vibrating after a week. The second one couldn't even make it that long. I emailed Chicco and got a message saying they will respond in a few business days. It's been.... checks watch... nearly two weeks now. The bassinet was a gift and would not have been the one we would have chosen so you can do better than this brand and their cheap products.

Both of these products have died within the month of use. Super disappointed.

Wonderful soothing vibes

We got the close to you bassinet as a way to keep baby girl off the floor bc of our dogs n able to move room to room. Hands free for mom and peace of mind. But the real show stopper is this vibrating sound machine. We love it! Soothing baby or entertainment for her. We wish it had an adjustable time function. It does just shut off after some time. Maybe :15, have not timed it yet.
