A: The model sticker on a Polly high chair can be under the chair (for older models) or on the back leg of the high chair frame (for current models.)The model number is 14 digits long. A: The seat cover does not include the harness. The 5-point harness is sold separately.

A: The current replacement Polly seat covers will fit the original Polly high chairs but they do not include the additional pad.
