Replace the head and body insert on your KeyFit® or KeyFit® 30 Infant Car Seat. From textiles to tags, ClearTex features no added chemicals.

The body insert is designed to help ensure a better fit for infants who weigh between 4 and 11 lbs. The head insert can be used with or without the body insert.

Your child’s safety is our top priority. As a reminder, please never use a car seat that has been in an accident, even if there is no visible damage. Also, do not use the child restraint if any part of the harness is damaged.

Compatibility
Compatible with all KeyFit® and KeyFit®30 models, including those purchased as part of a travel system. It is NOT compatible with any KeyFit® 35, KeyFit® Max or Fit2® car seat.

Care and Maintenance
Fabrics may be spot cleaned with mild soap and water, or machine washed in cold water on delicate cycle using a mild detergent. Hang to dry. Do not bleach.

As Expected and Arrived Early

Arrived earlier than expected. Item looks exactly as pictured. I'm excited to be able to use it in a couple of months!

Disappointed

The head part came with two soft side Velcro, so it is useless and can’t attach to car seat. Didn’t come with install instructions and the pattern is different than what I ordered.

The product is exactly what I expected.

Q: Can I use the cleartex infant insert replacement in my keyfit30 that wasn’t cleartex?

A: The KeyFit or KeyFit 30 Head & Body insert - ClearTex is compatible with all KeyFit® and KeyFit®30 models, including those purchased as part of a travel system. It is NOT compatible with any KeyFit® 35 or Fit2® car seat.
