Place your OneFit™ on your vehicle seat in rear-facing position. Make sure it is not blocking the vehicle seat belt buckle and that the base is flat on the vehicle seat surface.
Squeeze the Recline Adjustment Handle and pull forward to adjust to a reclined position.
Make sure the bubble level falls between the two lines for the proper rear-facing installation mode of use. Re-adjust recline as necessary.
Remove the LATCH connectors from the LATCH connector storage compartments. Make sure the LATCH adjuster straps labeled “Pull 1st” and “Pull 2nd” are loosened to their full length.
Slide both straps into the blue rear-facing opening on both sides and close both LATCH connector storage compartments. Attach both LATCH connectors to the LATCH anchor bars in the vehicle.
Pull up on the LATCH adjuster strap labeled “Pull 1st” to tighten and remove the slack.
Then, pull down on the LATCH adjuster strap labeled “Pull 2nd” to secure the OneFit™ in place.
Check installation.
Ensure your OneFit™ is set up correctly for rear-facing usage. The removable body support insert can be used for newborns weighing 5-11 lbs.
Loosen the 5-point harness, unbuckle the crotch buckle and open the chest clip.
Place your child in the car seat and ensure child is positioned correctly with back flat against the backrest. Adjust headrest position to fit your child correctly.
Buckle and tighten the 5-point harness. Harness straps should be positioned at or below the child’s shoulders. The chest clip should be at armpit level.
